Asif Javed,
Group President, Medefield
Asif has over 15 years experience within healthcare research. He has been with Medefield for over 5 years
and is responsible for the world-wide Medefield business. His prior experience includes senior research
and commercial roles within the Adelphi Group and working on the client side for Eli Lilly and Co. in a variety
of management roles, including market research. At University he read Applied Physics and Electronics and also
possesses an MBA from Manchester Business School.
Johanne Guarda,
Joint President, Medefield Sales New York
Johanne has more than 20 years' healthcare market research experience, including client, full-service and fieldwork agency roles.
At Medefield, she has responsibility for all client-facing activities in North America, including client development and client services.
Johanne spent the first 9 years of her career client-side at Hoechst Roussel in a variety of roles with Sales and Marketing,
before working for 8 years consulting for full-service agency, P\S\L Research Canada. Whilst working as a research consultant,
Johanne worked across a broad mix of methodologies, including qualitative, quantitative and online research.
She has spent the last 6.5 years specialising in online fieldwork at Medefield.
Brendan Egan,
Joint President, Medefield Sales New York
Brendan has over 13 years healthcare market research experience. Prior to joining Medefield, he held director level positions
at Harris Interactive and Lightspeed Research. His background includes extensive experience in sales and client development
as well as designing and conducting a wide range of strategic qualitative and quantitative research studies in various therapeutic categories.
Brendan's background in both research execution and business development makes him well poised to understand the importance
of managing effective vendor/client relationships.
Iain Findlay,
Managing Director, Medefield London
Iain has held Managing Director, Senior Sales and Marketing, and Product Development roles in a number of leading healthcare organizations,
including Quintiles and GSK. He was previously Managing Director of medeConnect Healthcare Insight, part of the Doctors.net.uk Group and
prior to that he held the role of Director of eCommerce at Innovex UK. Iain has over 25 years of healthcare experience in both client and
supplier roles, along with a wealth of experience in market research, client service and customer development.
Anne-Beatrice Clidassou,
Managing Director, Medefield Lyon
Anne-Beatrice Clidassou is responsible for offering new sales channels while also providing local level expertise in understanding culture,
language and physician needs. She offers 13 years in healthcare market research bringing with her a wealth of industry knowledge. Anne-Beatrice
previously ran A+A Fieldshop, specializing in providing data collection services. Anne-Beatrice has a post-graduate diploma in management's sciences
with a specialization in management of international activities from the University of Lyon.
Jackie Kwan,
Business Development Director, Medefield Hong Kong
Jackie is responsible for advising and servicing clients looking to field physician fieldwork studies across Asia. Jackie brings with her a wealth of experience in both on and offline fieldwork, and has worked over her 14 year career both on the fieldwork supplier and agency side.
