Johanne has close to 18 years of experience within the pharmaceutical marketing research field.
She began her career on the client side and has spent the latter half leveraging her pharmaceutical
expertise as a marketing research consultant to the pharmaceutical industry. During her 8 years with
P\S\L Group, Johanne played a key role in terms of educating pharmaceutical clients to the benefits
of Internet research and generating interest in using this data collection methodology. Having worked
on hundreds of online studies, Johanne brings to the Medefield team a wealth of knowledge in this area.
Craig Ferguson,
Account Director Medefield America
Craig started his market research career at Rapidata, a start-up healthcare fieldwork company, managing
all aspects of projects and helping it grow from a three person company to a multi-million dollar company
acquired by Greenfield Online. At Greenfield, Craig continued to hone his market research skills managing
hundreds of healthcare studies for a broad range of clients. Craig has B.A.s in Economics and Psychology
from Duke University.
Brendan Egan,
Senior Account Director, Medefield America
Brendan brings to Medefield over 10 years of experience in primary market research, 8 of which are concentrated
in the pharmaceutical industry. Prior to joining Medefield, he has held director level positions at Harris Interactive
and Lightspeed Research. His background includes extensive experience in sales and client development as well as
design and execution of a wide range of strategic qualitative and quantitative research studies in various therapeutic
categories. Brendan's unique combination of experience in business development and research make him well poised to
understand the importance of managing effective vendor/client relationships.
Oumou Sarr,
Senior Account Director, Medefield America
Oumou brings to Medefield 14 years experience in market research. Prior to joining Medefield she worked 8 years in
healthcare data collection covering every aspect of global quantitative and qualitative projects as well as Key Account Management.
Asif possesses over 10 year’s experience of the pharmaceutical industry. After taking his M.B.A post a career in media, he joined Lilly for five years playing a number of different roles covering sales, market research and project management. After Lilly he joined Adelphi and was promoted to the role of commercial director taking board level responsibility for the commercial direction of the business. He also gained valuable experience in on-line methods whilst at Adelphi.
Mo Rice,
Account Director Medefield Europe
Mo possesses over 15-years experience in market research, with over 7 years specializing
in internet data collection. Prior to joining Medefield she spent 3 years at GfK Martin Hamblin
in their healthcare division, as their resident online expert. During her 8-years at NOP,
in operations and research executive roles she gained considerable experience of on-line methods
within consumer research.
Daniela Dodaro,
Account Director Medefield Europe
Daniela Dodaro has over 12 years experience in healthcare market research. Prior to joining
Medefield she spent 11 years in a healthcare data collection agency, covering every aspect
of data collection, including on-line.
Antony Hughes,
Account Director, Medefield Europe
Antony has over 9 years experience in marketing research, with 7 years specialising in online research. After graduating university with a BA hons degree in European Business Studies with German, he joined Gartner and was subsequently promoted to project director specialising in online research. From Gartner, he joined Ronin to develop web research methodologies. Before joining Medefield, he gained experience in the pharmaceutical industry as Research manager for Adelphi.
